Congratulations to Ben Chadwick

Congratulations to Ben Chadwick on his promotion to Partner here at Smith & Wilkinson!  In 2018 Ben left his 15+ year career in corporate Human Resources and launched our Engineering & Environmental Science practice from scratch. Since joining Smith & Wilkinson Ben has developed outstanding client loyalty with small to midsized employers. His clients return to partner with Ben time and time again due to his ability to align hiring needs with company values and strategic growth initiatives.

Ben’s expertise is specialized in providing professional and executive-level search services to architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firms, municipalities, and utilities from coast to coast. Ben has completed over 50 assignments for all levels of positions from CEO, technical experts, project staff and shared services.

He spends his free time boating along the coast of Maine, and skiing in the mountains of New England with his wife, two kids and yellow lab. It’s his love of the outdoors that drives his passion for the environment and protecting water resources.
