Leadership coaching is not remedial; it is appropriate for high potential individual contributors, for new managers, and for more seasoned executives looking to improve and refine their existing skill set.

Leadership Programs

Engagements are typically between 6-18 months in length, with bi-weekly sessions that run 60-90 minutes in length, delivered primarily via videoconferencing through our proprietary client portal technology.  Coaches are available between sessions to discuss current business issues and personnel scenarios as necessary.
