Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by Hanscom Federal Credit Union, a $1.2B Credit Union in Massachusetts, on their search for a VP, Member Services. Headquartered just outside of Boston with over 80,000 members and 20 branch locations, Hanscom FCU is one of the largest credit unions in the state. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and working collaboratively with other members of the senior management team, this individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the Credit Union's "omni-channel" strategy to ensure a consistent, and consistently excellent, member experience across delivery channels. The VP, Member Experience will directly oversee the Credit Union's branch network, marketing department, inbound and outbound call centers, and financial services and insurance CUSO's through a team of seven direct reports.
