Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank (“CC5”) to manage the search for the bank’s Residential & Consumer Loan Loss Mitigation Manager.  Founded in 1855, CC5 is a 164-year old community bank serving consumer and business customers on the Cape & Islands, southeastern Massachusetts, and beyond.  At approximately $3.5B in total assets, the bank is the 6th largest mutual bank in Massachusetts and operates 22 Retail locations throughout its footprint.  CC5 is in sound financial condition, with good earnings, efficiency, asset quality, and capital.  The bank does a high volume of mortgage lending, serving over twenty-six thousand customers, and services a $2.8B portfolio (of which approximately $2B is 1-4 family residential), as well as a $2.1B investor portfolio.  The Residential & Consumer Loan Loss Mitigation Manager will oversee and lead a team of Collections professionals that serves as a vital part of the overall servicing function for the bank.  We are seeking experienced bank collections professionals with experience dealing with both high loan volume and a diverse range of consumer loan products for this unique community bank management role.  For additional information, or to arrange a confidential discussion, please contact Cameron Boyd, Partner & Practice Director, Financial Services (cboyd@smithandwilkinson.com) or Andrew Sullivan, Associate, Financial Services (asullivan@smithandwilkinson.com).
