S&W has been retained by Bar Harbor Bank & Trust (NYSE: BHB, barharbor.bank) to manage the search for a talented Senior Vice President, Director of Operations to join their team.

Reporting to the bank’s CIO & Operations Director, the SVP, Director of Operations will oversee a knowledgeable and tenured team of bank operations professionals. The position will directly manage 3 officer-level direct reports and lead a total team of approximately 30 FTE. This position is responsible for providing strategic direction, advanced technical guidance, and leadership to the Deposit Operations, Loan Servicing, Retail Operations, and Account Reconciliation Teams.
