VP, Operations Manager
Smith and Wilkinson has been retained by Merrimack Valley Credit Union to manage the search for their next VP, Operations Manager. Founded 65 years ago, MVCU is a rapidly growing institution with a footprint that stretches from Seabrook, NH to Fairhaven, MA. With two acquisitions this past year, they have grown to $1.1B in assets serving 82,000 members across 10 locations.
This highly visible role will sit on the leadership team and report directly to the EVP, COO. Primary objective is to direct the Credit Union’s deposit operations and electronic services, including but not limited to ACH, Wire, Item Processing, ATM/Debit, Fraud, Internet and Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Bill Payment, and Cash Management. Over time, the VP, Operations Manager will assume responsibility for Consumer Loan Operations as well. He/she will serve as a member of the Credit Union’s Management Team and participate in developing overall company strategy, policies, programs, objectives, and goals.
